Let’s train for an obstacle course race!!  
Have you always wanted to try a mud run or obstacle race?  Or maybe you have a handful under your belt but want more formal training and support so that you can conquer the high walls, low crawls, mud, hills, monkey bars and other obstacles with confidence.
Join Life’s 2 Short fitness for workouts at various parks, playgrounds and trails across the front range to work on fitness and build the skills needed to complete the course with minimal burpees (yes, burpees)
