Have you ever considered going beyond the marathon distance?   Or maybe you’ve completed or attempted an ultra in the past but would like the support and camaraderie of training in a group setting?

Join the Life’s 2 Short Women’s Ultra Training Group to train for a 50k trail race in 2021!

  • 2-3 coached runs a week including conditioning sessions and supported long runs
  • Special private group where you can communicate, sharing training tips, recipes and encourage other team members + follow up emails from your coaches
  • A 20 week training program to follow on your own with mileage, cross training, strength training and trail recommendations.
