L2S is excited and proud to be supporting Free the Girls.  This non-profit organization is devoted to coming alongside sex trafficking survivors with a path to true freedom measured by economic freedom, restored health, social well-being, education, and opportunity for a different, hopeful future.

2017 Women’s Running Camps in Estes Park

Our empowering and inspiring women’s running camps are in their 9th year, recognized by Shape magazine as a once in a lifetime fitness retreat for women in 2015, and by Daily Burn as one of the top 11 adult running camps in the US.
New for 2017 are unique categories of camps designed to deliver the best possible experience based on runner pace and ability.
Beginner camp – June 18-25 – this camp is for women runners that can already run a 10K distance at 12-15 min/mile or faster at home elevation. Focus on instruction on running form, including two video analyses, smart sustainable training, nutrition, personal empowerment, and more…
Intermediate camp – August 20-27 – This camp is for you if you are a woman runner that can already run a 10K distance at 10 min/mile or faster at home elevation. Focus on performance improvement, perhaps looking to set a PR in a half marathon, or work towards your first marathon.
Advanced camp – July 16-23 – This camp is for you if you are a woman runner that can already run a half marathon distance at 10 min/mile or faster at home elevation. Focus on challenging your limits, including two mountain summits! (Weather permitting).

We will be training for 2 of the ERS scenic trail half marathons in 2017.  All L2S members and program registrants save 20% on any ERS trail race!

 

L2S is proud to support Jeffco Open space.  We use many of the their amazing trail systems for our training runs and we also work with their park rangers to organize our free community events like Women’s self defense seminars and clinics on wildlife, trail etiquette and safety.  Please check out their volunteer opportunities to give back to the trails you love!
