Who designed this program?

This program was designed by Lauren Jones, L2S founder, degreed exercise specialist, certified pilates instructor and long time outdoor adventure athlete and Samantha Achterberg, National Champion pentathlete, currently training for the 2020 Olympics and also a certified pilates instructor who practices daily.
