L2S Summer OCR, bootcamp and trail running descriptions and schedule:

June 5th-mid August

Playground bootcamp workout descriptions:
These workouts are for anyone looking to gain strength, endurance and agility this summer.  The are tough workouts which will always incorporate some grip strength exercises (like monkey bars for those training for obstacle course races/mud runs) and fun drills and partner games for those more interested in general fitness gains.  We spend the last 10 minutes of class with pi-yo (pilates/yoga) exercises and drills for core strength, balance, flexibility and injury prevention.

Trail run description:
These are coached runs where the routes are pre-mapped with front and back pacers and some runs will include hill work, running form drills, coaching on technical terrain, etc.
If you are training for a summer/fall trail race and want a little more support and guidance or just want the camaraderie of running with a group, join us!

Cold water provided at the finish and once a month we will do a group social happy hour at a local craft brewery.

Most sessions will take place at a park/trail/or playground in Southwest Denver.  Locations will range from:  Littleton, Lakewood, Morrison, Golden, Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Englewood,  Parker, Lone Tree and Castle Rock
