Thank you- training group!

Thanks for signing up for the spring training group!!

We will be sending out a welcome packet that includes your 12 week training plan (if you chose that option) and the tentative schedule for the runs.  Myself (Lauren) or Christy (the other rockstar coach) will be sending out emails prior to each new week with updated schedules, times, locations, and run details.

Please take a moment to fill our our intake form below so we know a little more about you before we get started.
