Anything goes, it just has to be something where you are moving for at least 30 minutes. Hiking, walking, running, yoga, snow-shoeing, stair climbing, strength training. It all counts! The goal is to take action, even on days we aren’t feeling up for it to at least do something. Building new habits takes time and perseverance, however, “Your actions become your habits, Your habits become your values, Your values become your destiny.”

Monthly tracking calendar:
After you sign-up we will send you a copy of our December Calendar. Download, print and put this somewhere you will see everyday. Seriously, this may seem so old school when we have calendars and apps available with a simple swipe of the hand but having something staring you right in the face that you can’t just turn off or ignore will keep you on track and motivated. We recommend hanging this on your fridge, bathroom mirror or somewhere visible in your workspace (or all)!.
