Hill workouts at different trails across the front range with specific drills to help you run faster, longer and stronger on those steep inclines.
Includes work on fitness for getting up hill, power hiking, and proper form + technique for steep downhill grades to build confidence and strength.
After you register we will send you the schedule of the locations (subject to change based on trail conditions, closures, etc).
** Classes will take place every Tuesday and alternating Saturdays/Sundays.
Drop-in is $20 or get a punch card to attend more classes and save $$!

Punch card holders can also attend our 5 week run + yoga series at Blue Spruce brewing. Enjoy a coached run where we will work on various aspects of running mechanics, strength and speed paired with a yoga for runners session.
The best part? Stick around afterwards with a craft brew ($1 off) and participate in Trivia night with the group, it’s fun to get to know and socialize with those you sweat and stretch with!
