By becoming a member of L2S, you are not only helping to support the free content and activities we offer but joining an amazing community of women just like you who want to get out and do amazing things.

Summer Membership includes:  

  • Unlimited weekly outdoor OCR workouts and coached trail runs.  View the summer schedule HERE.   Day and evening sessions offered everyday of the week!
  • Free or discounted access to on-going and special programs and activities (like our 14er training program, stand-up paddle boarding clinic, and more, see below)

  • No need to spend extra $ on childcare!  Most sessions are kid/baby friendly and 3-4 trail runs a month will be on stroller friendly trails.

15th:  Women’s self defense clinic– FULL!

3rd: Stand-up paddle boarding clinic ($45/includes SUP rental, 15% off for members)

July-Sept. 
July 4th:  Red Rocks stair climbing + bootcamp workout! (free to all)
July 22nd:  Intro to mountain biking ($10 + bike rental fee/free for members!)

Can’t make it to the live training sessions but still interested in membership?

Check out our virtual membership where you will receive all of the above perks (including the weekly workouts for you to follow on your own)
+  you can choose either an obstacle race OR trail running membership and you will be emailed additional workouts and resources weekly.
And invite a friend for just $5 a month more join in on the fun!  If you can’t make it to any of the live events you can split the cost of any of our virtual programs and complete the workouts with friends.   Virtual obstacle course race, trail running and pi-yo/strength training for runners launching soon!

*Must commit to “trailblazing” at 3-4 runs a month.  This entails either leading/pacing or running at the back of the pack as a more supportive role.
