Not in Colorado or can’t make it to the live events, clinics or programs?  

Our membership now includes access to a special members only private Facebook group where we will be posting regular training tips, workouts, resources and sharing articles, videos and more!   These groups are also a place for you to meet and communicate with other members, share your own knowledge and experiences and ask Lauren questions about all things trail running, OCR and training!

If you can’t make it to any of the live events you can split the cost of any of our virtual programs and complete the workouts with friends!
Virtual programs coming soon: 
 Strength training and pi-yo for runners:  Exercises, stretches and workouts to incorporate into your routine to prevent injury and run stronger, longer
–  Obstacle course training program:  Exercises, drills and workouts to help you prepare for an OCR event.  Includes video tutorials with skills based demonstrations to help you master obstacles like the high walls, rope climbs, rigs/monkey bars and more!
–  Intro to trail running:  Modeled after our “beginner trail running course” this virtual program includes a presentation and handouts that cover all things trail running (like gear you need, wildlife and safety, technique on technical terrain, etc) AND video tutorials, fitness drills and exercises to help you conquer the trails with confidence!
