Free The Girls
L2S is excited and proud to be supporting Free the Girls. This non-profit organization is devoted to coming alongside sex trafficking survivors with a path to true freedom measured by economic freedom, restored health, social well-being, education, and opportunity for a different, hopeful future.
We will be organizing several social trail runs/happy hours a year where we will be collecting bras/sports bras and fundraising for this amazing organization. You can also check out the official L2S fundraising page and donate now here!

Outdoor Beginner
Outdoor Beginner has trail guides, gear reviews, campground reviews, how-to’s for things like packing a backpack or what to wear hiking, and my personal experience as an outdoor beginner trying to make it in a world of experts.
Outdoor Beginner programs use effort-based training, which uses a Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) scale to help you learn how to appropriately pace yourself. Owner, Laura Cardon, is an L2S coach and a UESCA-certified running coach.
