  • Beginner Mountain Biking course

    Have you always wanted to try the exciting sport of mountain biking or are you looking to improve your rock hopping skills?
    This indepth, 6 week program pairs coached rides and skills sessions on beginner friendly trails across the front range with clinics led by expert guest speakers.
    Learn from bike industry pros about proper bike fit, how to handle technical terrain and how to change a flat on the trail.
    Join sessions with park rangers who will cover everything from what to do if you see a rattlesnake to trail right-of-way and sustainability.

  • MTB + gravel riding club

    Join Life’s 2 Short Fitness for group rides where we will explore new trails, meet new riding buddies and support and encourage each other!
    Our women's training club is for early to advanced intermediate riders and includes weekly rides plus special adventure weekends in Fruita, Moab, Steamboat and beyond!

  • Adventure Training Hub

    Our new adventure training hub gives you access to an enormous database of training resources including training plans, workouts, nutrition and injury prevention guides, plus live zoom clinics, workouts AND attend unlimited live strength and conditioning workouts (like our Red Rocks stair sessions), MTB skills clinics and so much more!
