WESTERN SLOPE - Women's Self Defense Seminar

  • Gracie Jiu Jitsu 2424 Hwy 6 & Grand Junction, CO, 81505 United States (map)

No one should fear to do what they love!

Join us for a free clinic with expert instructors where we will learn techniques to fight back and stay safe when hiking/running/biking on the trails.

In this special 2-hour seminar, we will be discussing the importance of situational awareness and ways to avoid being targeted. Attendees will learn the proper mechanics of striking, as well as some basic moves to get out of an attack from Women Empowered, the world’s leading beginner Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program for women.

The event often reaches capacity so pre-registration is strongly recommended. Feel free to invite friends and share with other ladies you love so they can also learn to defend themselves and run with confidence!

What if I have no experience?
