I (Lauren) have a 5k training program I created awhile back that I wanted you all to have access to. I know most of you are waayyy beyond the 5k level and don’t have kids however I’ve included some good drills and exercises that all runners should have in their toolbox. You can download the program for free using the code FREERUN HERE. Make sure to open the email from either Gumroad/Running with Kids after you download as it has a link to the video library.

We’ve been posting trail running, mnt biking, SUP and hiking specific workouts in the private FB group for over a year now. There are several ways to access this massive database of amazing workouts.1. In the search bar type in “workout” or “training”. One of these tags was used in all of the posts.
2. Click on the “units” tab. We are in the process of adding and filing the workouts under different folders here for easier reference but this is a work in progress.
