Thank you for signing up for the L2S women’s spring trail running group.

We are excited to explore some new run locations with you and train hard for a summer trail race. 
First, please fill out the intake form here so we have your info. 
 
Expect a weekly email and occasional WhatsApp messages (coming soon) from your coaches with session updates, full run schedule and follow-up info + “homework” soon! 
In the meantime, we are hosting weekly March Madness Hill workouts and Run & Flow (coached run + yoga) to help us to prepare our lungs and legs for the season.  Learn more and sign up for these now HERE.
