Thank you for signing up for the L2S women's trail running training club.

We will follow-up via email with details including run schedule, how to RSVP for sessions and connect with other women in the group!
First, please fill out the intake form here so we know a little more about you before we get started.  Also, please download our release waiver, read carefully, sign and email back (you will not be able to participate in the course until we have a signed copy). You may print the form and send back a picture or use an app like dochub to fill out online and email back.
