Join us for a fun workout so that you can indulge all of those drumsticks, pumpkin pie and brews over Thanksgiving week guilt free!
Expect lots of stair hiking/running, strength, core and an all around tough workout! If the trails are dry we will also fit a lap on the trails (hike or run).
This co-ed workout is open to everyone!
Bring your partner and friends, kids under 12 participate for free.
There will be modifications for all levels, come ready to do what you can do and if you want to push hard we can make that happen too!
Cost:
$20 drop-in or save $ with a punch pass!
$75 for a 5 punch pass
$120 for a 10 class punch pass
OR
$200 for a 20 class punch pass ($10/class)
