Stair climbing workouts at Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
1-2 workouts a month alternating Sat/Sun mornings.
Expect a full body 75-90- minute workout with cardio, strength, core and more fun up and down the stairs and bleachers! On warmer days an optional trail run will be included. These are tough workouts but will include modifications for all levels. Meet at the trading post.
