Stepmageddon! 10,000 Steps a Day in November


Included in the challenge fee is access to a private facebook group, Strava group and tracking sheet just for the challenge where you can keep track your steps and see where you stack up compared to other members. This is also where we will post motivating messages, workout ideas, training tips and resources. Make sure to join to support and cheer on your friends and fellow challenge goers! 

Running, hiking, snowshoeing, stair climbing or walking. Anything goes. We just want you to get moving! 

We will also be doing several special mini challenges over the month including:

  • Doubles steps for participating in a turkey day race. Join us for the Great Turkey Chase in Golden, we will have a discount code to join the group!

  • Special prizes for those who rack up 10,000 steps every day of November 

  • Themed Red Rocks stair workout where we will shoot for 10k steps on the stairs and trails!
