Live + Zoom training sessions

After you sign up for a training hub membership we will give you access to our various calendars where you can view and RSVP for upcoming sessions!

For women on the Western Slop our goal is training for fall 10k or half marathon (Rim Rock or Moab 10k/half).
This will include at least 1 live session a week year round:

- Hump day workouts (hill, track or intervals) Wednesdays 6-7pm (at locations between Palisade and Loma)

- Weekend long runs (either Sat or Sunday, schedule will be live soon)

- Special clinics like strength/injury prevention for runners, using trekking poles efficiently, mastering technical terrain, etc.

- Some Friday sunrise hikes or runs (when we cannot host a weekend run)

*Long runs will be out/back to accommodate for all paces. We will lead a group warm-up with run objectives and then everyone goes their pace/distance based on goals!

Example:

Weds Sept 11th and Sunday Sept 8th.

Coach led injury prevention and strength clinic followed by a warm-up and out and back run for distance (those training for Nov 1/2 marathon will start with 5 miles). Negative split so easy on the way out and push the pace on the way back to meet your time by at least 2 minutes. Beginners will do easy run/walk intervals for 60 minutes. Cool down, stretch and let's grab coffee and bagels afterwards!
